Recruitment is a five-day process from Monday to Friday. Every night, potential new members will be given the opportunity to network with brothers, learn about the fraternity, and meet other potential new members. The dress code for recruitment ranges from Casual to Business Formal and the dress code for each day will be specified on the schedule. On Friday, potential new members will bring a cover letter and resume to a scheduled interview with a current brother. On Saturday, a brother will call you notifying you of our decision! 

Spring 2024 Recruitment will begin on Monday, January 29th, and end on Friday, February 2nd. We are open to all Business School and Economics majors currently enrolled at Tulane. Our recruitment schedule, including locations and dress code, is located below and on our Instagram page. We are excited to speak and get to know all potential new members.
